Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, its elevated position high up on Alne Hills affords breathtaking views of Warwickshire’s rolling countryside, flanked on one side by ancient woodland and surrounded by open countryside, the stage is set for your idyllic holiday.
At Mutton Barn, we want you to be totally satisfied with your holiday accommodation and hope we have provided all the things you might want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to offer you a home away from home, should you have any special requirements, please ask.
We will be happy to arrange champagne, chocolates or flowers for a loved one on arrival for a special occasion on your behalf.

The bespoke kitchen in this holiday home is fully equipped including granite work surface’s, gas range cooker, cooks island with food preparation area, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher, we believe we have provided for all your needs regarding cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils.
A dining/breakfast area is incorporated into the kitchen, the walnut table seats up to 8 comfortably. It also has the added benefit of sharing the double sided wood burning stove, with the family lounge.
Lounge & Snug
The marble floor runs throughout the kitchen and continues through the ground floor of the holiday home, through to the family lounge, get cosy on the sumptuous sofa’s in front of the log burner, for your entertainment, a plasma tv, dvd, and bluetooth speaker are provided.
The Snug is off the lounge with sofa seating and an additional TV it offers a little escape for mom and dad or “the Kids”.
From the lounge, oak glazed doors open out onto the patio area, with BBQ and provision for 8 should you prefer alfresco dining.
Downstairs Bedroom
Also off the Family lounge is bedroom 2 offering level access, it has 1 kingsized bed and a set of 3ft bunks with en-suite.

Upstairs the emphasis of this holiday home is the luxurious master suite with walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with his and her wash basins, walk-in shower, deep bathing tub and w/c. The master suite has a king bed and its own private balcony.

The barn has a large fenced garden that is surrounded on all sides by beautiful countryside. Deemed as an area of outstanding natural beauty Alne Hills benefits from an abundance of native wildlife.
